The
U.S. Figure Skating Basic Skills Program has been designed
by U.S. Figure Skating to be the best beginning ice skating
program in the United States. Fun,
challenging and rewarding, this program serves the needs
of both the recreational and competitive skater. The curriculum
is designed to keep skaters enthusiastic about learning
from the time they begin lessons until they reach their
goals. There are more than 115,000 skaters registered in
more than 875 programs across the country, making it the
fastest growing figure skating program in the country. Since
its inception, the program has taught more than 1.5 million
people how to skate.

offers classes taught by qualified professionals. Unlike
other Learn To Skate programs that use a volunteer staff,
our instructors are members of the Professional Skaters
Association and the United States Figure Skating Association.
Learn To Skate sessions run 50 minutes in
length. The first 25 minutes are used for a group lesson
while the final 25 minutes are utilized as practice time.
Children must be four (4) years in
age to enroll. Helmets are mandatory for all beginners.
Skate Rentals are available at the rink. The cost
of a full seven (7) week session is $115.
Sessions begin approximately every seven
weeks. Don't miss out on the upcoming session! For more
information or to sign up, contact director Jewell
